About

 The Method to Our Madness
There really is a system and we are sure it is scientific at heart.

One pin - Your time is spent better on something else or the skill level is way beyond beginner - intermediate. Maybe your version didn't look anything like the original pin or the directions unclear or confusing.

Two pins - Did your preschool make that? Almost total failure, but it's "done" if that's the word you want to use.  You must be completely sober when attempting this craft.

Three pins - Wow, quite the craft.  Three pins can either mean that it was fairly difficult to accomplish or that the directions weren't up to par, which created a major roadblock.  Don't worry, we'll tell you what needs to improve about this craft.

Four pins - A good craft that offered up a few surprises. The end results nice but lacked that wow-factor.

Five pins - This project is easy to accomplish with basic craft skills and worthy of gift-giving. Original directions are clear and complete or explained in a manner that allows you to personalize the craft with ease.

About Sarah
I am a mom of two kids, one dog and some chickens. When I am not cleaning up messes, doing laundry, wiping butts or cooking I am also a photographer and birth doula. I really love all my jobs! My husband patiently supports all my crafty adventures and is always quick to share his thoughts, which range from "That is the best thing you ever made!" to "Is that a hemorroid pillow?" (real quotes by the way) I also blog on Tots and Bottoms and write a monthly blog post for Get Born Magazine.  You can help me afford a lunch at Noodles and Company by purchasing some card designs and random crochet projects on my Etsy shop.

I am really excited about this blog and so glad Jayna thought it up! How many more conversations could I possibly start with "Did you see on Pinterest..."

About Jayna
Hi! I'm a mom to 3 and try my best to live a drama-free life.  Nothing in this world is complete without happiness and truly believe that life is what you make of it. I taught myself to sew in college and worked my way up the ropes via Halloween costumes and random hippie clothing during those questionable years.  I now own my own business, RockyTop Design on Etsy.  I design and sell custom crib bedding, nursery decor and other things related to baby and home.  I'm really passionate about being creative and try my best to pass on my positive outlook on to my children whenever possible.  Crafting is in my blood and is one of the highlights of my life and can't wait to pass that on to you!
